Check the loot table to see if the weapon loot is set to equipped?

I is a tard. That was one of the first things I checked, but like an idiot, I forgot to save it after I changed the equipped from "yes" to "no" (using georges npc loot tool). Also lol I guess if it were a hairpin I could see a dragon wearing a brawlstick for one. Smash your face in by head butting you.
