Default Multiple pets?

Just curious if anyone has any idea how to do this....

I was wondering, is there any wya to allow multiple pets per character?

I am building a world that is nothing like EQ, and I would like to have a class that can have multiple pets.

Just not sure how to do it. Maybe I have to change something in the source to accomodate this?

Not unless you can rewrite the client. You can talk with the people at the Open EQ forums since they re trying to do that, they're at the bottom of the forum list. But they're pretty far away from anything useable since its a huge undertaking.

Well in EQLive my necro can have three pets. One ordinary pet, one wake the dead pet and one swarm of decay pet. Only one of them is controllable in any way though.

Yes what she means is if she can get 1 person to be able to have more then 1 pet at the same time.
