Default No NPCs In Zones
Hi - I just set up a new server following the Windows server setup guide. I'm able to run start.bat fine, log in to my server, lock it, give myself GM powers, etc., but there are no NPCs in any of the zones. Any idea how I'd go about diagnosing this issue?
