Default Newb questions

I was thinking about going to buy the titanium pack so I can play using EQemu but I was wondering if the layout on the servers is the old style or the new style? I like all the new icons and stuff but the older one seems to "80's" to me. Same goes for the char creation screen and all that

*Edit* I think what I mean is the user interface...
And what expansions are enabled?

Titanium uses the new UI. I think Trilogy was the last pack with the old one. But some servers don't have all the features unless these expansions are enabled. I had to set my local server up to OOW to enable the OOW goodies. PEQ also has all the features enabled...Atlas, potion belt (which doesn't work yet), bandolier, etc.
