How do Game Login Accounts function ?

Hi and thanks for reading.

I checked the Faq and tried search, but my mojo is weak and I couldn't find an answer that suited me.
Please Help !

1. I have an EQemulator account, hence the ability to post on this forum
2. I have 3 available Login server accounts.
3. I activated the first of three Login server accounts.
4. I created a character on the newly activated Login server account.
5. I activated the second of three Login server accounts.
6. I created a character on the second Login server account.

7. Now, how do I play the character on the first Login server account and my wife play the second character on the second account ?

what I have done so far is: load her laptop (as I did for my desktop) with all necessary files, have her log in to the second account (and it works) then I try to log in to the first account (it doesn't work) .
So, I log in to the first account (and it works) then have her try to log in to the second account (and it doesn't work).
What's more, I log into the first account (and it works) and then I try (on the same computer) to log into the second account (it doesn't work)....

This is for the EZserver.... there's no way I could get her to play the hard-core ruleset on P1999 as a starting player.

Found out what I was doing wrong....
Despite how stoopid of a mistake it was, what really stings is that my wife figured it out. And she thinks I'm the computer expert

Now, if you will excuse me, I believe I have a big plate of crow waiting for me...lol
