Default EQ Window off screen

Alright. I searched the net as well as here with no avail.

I run two instances of EQ, both windowed (I've found on Windows 7 that if it tries to play full screen it will flicker both dual monitors to black, take forever and then never show anything unless ALT + Enter'ed to go to windowed mode which is fine) but, have a bit of an issue.

My second instance loads up just fine, but, it's window (Windows issue) is off screen. Naturally it would be the top border that is off screen so that I cannot easily move it.

BUT.. I tried the ALT + Space --> M to move it, Window'ss shows the "moving" cursor, but..... all that does is place the Window's window mover cursor on the border, or TRIES. So I cannot move this window to save my life.

Because the window position is saved somewhere (it has to be, as it's consistantly opening up the window in the same spot) I assume it's in the registry or somewhere. Does anyone know -where- this is saved, as it seems my only hope for moving this darn window offscreen and onto the second monitor where it belongs?

Ok. Fixed the issue, so far so good anyway.

I grabbed this: http://www.brianapps.net/sizer/

Once installed, I clicked on the active window that was off screen. I then right clicked on the sizer util which places an icon on the system tray, then with it reading "Resize EverQuest - Window 2 to" I selected a smaller resolution so that I could gain placement control. Then I exited resizer and began playing. Exited the instance/windowed game and reclicking it's shortcut results in Win 7 placing it in the same darn off screen position -- so I'm still welcoming the location (ini file or registry) that contains the "last position and size" information. Thanks.

After alt+space, m you can use the arrow keys to move a window if the mouse isn't cooperating.

These lines in your eqclient.ini may help:

WindowedModeXOffset=223
WindowedModeYOffset=3

WinEQ2 (http://www.lavishsoft.com/) will also let you position the windows where you like as well as offering some other features that are handy.
