min level for buff tweak

hello

How can i change the min level required to recv a buff (for example, KEI - 2570)
I cant find it in the DB.

You could change... this rule value to false.. but then it will be for all spells.

Code:

SELECT * FROM rule_values WHERE rule_name like '%bufflevelrestrictions%'
