Default Zone Servers Crashing when Joining Game

Hey all, got a weird problem here:

First of all, I can join and play on EQEmu servers fine now. BUT, when I run my own server, I can get in and create a character just find, the problem is, when I join world, I can see it on my Taskbar, one of the Zone.exe's shuts down (I assume its the one that this character tries to connect too), and so the game goes back to server. Every time I try this, another of the 5 Zone.exe's goes down....

I am on WinXP
EQEmu 4.2 (Newest)
All Minilogins, World, and Zones load fine to start
I use EQWindows
Patching isn't the problem as I can connect fine to EQEmu servers
P4 1.8GHz, 512RAM, 128MB Radeon 8500, Cable, Audigy Sound.

Spells_en is where its supposed to be, like I said, I can play on EQEmu servers fine, this only happens running my own server...

Summing up my problem: I first tried setting up v0.4.2 login, world, zones on a celeron500. Got this error initializing zones. So I decided to try on my AMD 1.2 Ghz. Zones were booting, but as soon as I tried to get into Rivervale with my character to start playing, zone server would disappear. If I tried again, there went my second zone server, and so on. Suddenly, I think after I rebooted, the zones just crash before they initialize with this same error every time. How can this be? Even after I do a clean reinstall of Windows, eqemu, mysql, etc...same problem. Won't even initialize zones anymore. Zone.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down..ZONE caused an invalid page fault in module ZONE.EXE at 0167:00469faa. Registers:

Running Windows 98 2nd ed, eqemu 0.4.2, localhost, 192.168.0.1, 127.0.0.1, etc. makes no difference, I did everything right. I even talked politely to it...well, for a while

EQEmu does not like routers. If you have tried everything and no-one can help you, it is the router. The only way to fix router problems is to either a) make sure you have a 1000% PERFECT router setup with ports/ips and everything, or b) unplug the router and connect directly into one compuer.

Default This worked for me

I downloaded the addon @ http://cecugfile.net/ and that allowed the zones to not crash. I haven't had a chance to load up EQ yet though. Good luck!

I have the a similar problem.

Everything seems to work, I can get in and create a character and all that. My zone.exe doesn't crash however, the zone that I'm suppose to be entering loads up properly. Instead, the minilogin.exe or world.exe (don't remember which) just say "Removing client... etc" the second I hit "Enter World". The rotating character just sits there motionless, as the client is frozen from the loss of connection.

The minilogin, world, and zones all stay up just fine though. No error messages of any kind. Just "Removing client... bla bla lba". I can task manager and kill the EQ client, then join right back up for it to do the same thing again.
