disconections

when playing on theese player run shards 0.5 or w/e latest version is every say 10 mins im getting disconnected *this is with all servers* and it happens at the same time everytime... could this be a problem with my firewall or is program just buggy?

Sounds like a firewall issue to me. I had the same problem when I played on live until I did some port routing.
