What is the best non-legit server?

i was wondering the same thing a friend told me Kaods was a good sever but have yet to see it up myself

Koads was pretty good but I haven't seen him up since maybe the day right after the patch on live.

Rogeans was an awesome server but i haven't seen it up in a week or so myself anyone know what happened to it?

The Devs have a test server. It's in green. Non-legit.

Update: Just got a new server, 2.0 GHZ on a 15 mbs down/up Connection. Been testing it for a day now and lag is 'non existant' (Quoting one of my players =) )
