Weird to have a bouncy ping on a local server. Server lag lo

I dont understand why a local server would lag. I have a ping that jumps from 0-3300ping. This also slows down my commands and such. Everyone get this? I just dont see how its possible! My machine is more then enough to run this Emu. So I doubt its resources.

Only thing I wonder is if my direcpc card is casuing this issue with its virtual IP. I use 127.0.0.1 for my server and stuff though. Wondering what your average ping is in Emu to see if its me or just the program.

Its probably for the same reason a counter-strike server can have a ping of a few hundred sometimes.

It lags for a few seconds, then dissapears... as long as it is nothing serious, it isn't serious, is it?

Well my commands are always lagged. When I cast a spell it takes 2 secs to start then at the end of the casttime it pauses for 2 secs then finishs. Lag is bad for local server heh.
