The first thing i see that you are doing wrong is starting a new thread when there is already several asking this exact question.
Second is this is still a DR there are still buggs, just need to be patient and wait for them to be fixxed.

Not you personaly, just after 20 new threads are started in 3 hours and there all on topics already covered its kinda annoining.
Why dose everyone take what happens on a forum so personaly, its not like i came and pissed in your breakfast.

bah, figured i wouldnt start a new thread, because thats uncouth, anyways, getting 15-45 second lag spikes that last for a retarded amount of time...
problem seems to be in something about threading (my room mate said something about it) anyways, the idea is that some processes are taking too much time and when they do take too much time other processes dont get a chance to run, and when they do, alot of stuff didnt get done, so lag is continuous... yea, thats what my brain put together, waiting to be screamed at for it .... now
anyways, i dont have many suggestions on how this could be rectified, from the sounds of it, there's alot of work to be done, either way, good job... just want some input on what the hell is going on,... because DR4 was less laggy

WOW rubyrhinosaur you need to make your Avitar a little smaller.
Basicaly there working of finding the "leaks" and figuring out whats going wrong. In IRC today this question was asked and the responce was "were working on it be patient" and someone else sayd "If you know whats causing it tell us so we can fix it"
Got me as to whats causing it but its definetly an EMU issue and not a server or client issue.
