Not much in this release, but it's VERY important for people who are using 2.4:

1. Fixes a small but vitally important bug: zone bound polygons were being created backwards, such that players would get stuck.

Anyone using 2.4 should get this one asap. Merely loading your scene file in 2.5 and saving it again will fix the problem.

P.S. Another texture pack will be coming in a few days. I've created a red-rock mountain texture and a full set of grass-mountain transition textures. Now that I've created my black-and-white transition masks making more wll be a snap. Once I create some more transition sets I'll release it all as another texture pack. At some point I'll also be releasing what black-and-white texture masks I have so people working on their own textures will have a leg up.
