Help!!! Dos Program Fails!!!!

Ok Im trying to create my own server and it doesnt work. I get up to the dos program i put everything in path and it says something about a internal or extrenal batch file or something and i did it perfectly and it still doesnt work!!!! can someone please show me a picture of some sort or give me some good advice on it. Picture would be better because the pictures dont show up on the server guide 5.0

First of all this is the wrong section for this post.
Second you have not given nearly enough information for anyone to help you. Saying you did everything perfect is not at all discript.
And last did you try searching at all? There are many guide and many post containing all of the information you could ever need to get a server running.
