Hello everybody,

I hate to have to ask for help, however, I have been having this problem for 2 days now and I just can't seem to figure out what is causing it.

I can load up world.exe fine, however when I try to start up zone.exe either by boot5zone.bat or manually, I get this:

[Status] CURRENT_ZONE_VERSION: EQEMu 0.5.1
[Status] Loading Variables
[Status] Loading zone names
[Status] Loading items
[Status] EMuShareMem loaded

It stays like this forever. The weird thing is if I do the zone step before the world step, it loads fine, it just tells me that it can't find the world server (of course it can't because it's not up). It's almost as if it's not letting me run both these at the same time. It is possible to run both the world server and zone server on the same machine is it not?

Anyway, I could use some advice in this issue. Thanks in advance.

What OS are you running? Windows 98 and Windows ME have problems dealing with shared mem

Nevermind. After a few hours of messing with it, I finally got it working. It apparently was a problem with my item database.
