Well, how about the manual from the excellent christian RPG "Forgiveness" then?

FORGIVENESS VERSION 1 (Copyright 2003 Breakthrough Gaming)

To run the game, just double-click on the program forgiveness.exe!

The Controls are basic:

On-Screen:
- use the arrow keys to move
- you can walk into people to talk to them
- you can walk into items to pick them up
- pressing SHIFT opens up the status screen
- Pressing F5 Saves your game
- Pressing F6 Loads a saved game

In Battle:
- wait for your turn, then use the arrow keys to select your action
- pressing ENTER chooses an action

FIGHT - make an arrow appear
- move arrow (with the arrow keys) to the enemy you want to hit
- then press ENTER to hit it

ITEM - use an apple to restore a characters HP

RUN - Try to run from the battle (YOU CAN'T RUN FROM BATTLES IN VERSION 1)

In the Final Battle, use the SPACEBAR to shoot and arrow keys (LEFT and RIGHT) to move plane.

****Make sure to keep the file forgiveness.exe in same directory as the folders "enemies" and "title_screen" because these folders have pictures in them that the game needs in order to run!

Forgiveness is actually a very innovative and groundbreaking RPG.

For example, in a bold movement to reflect a more liberal christian view of homosexuality and transvestites, both the main characters' parents (man and woman) are named "DAD" in the chat boxes.

Also, it takes a clear step to the side from the frenzied rush of commercialism in these christmas times by having the only shopkeeper in the game refuse you in his shop, since "Weapons and equipment are very scarce".

It's all that a good game should be.

Everyone was new to eqemu at one time and everyone has asked what we consider to be dumb questions.. If you dont have anything to contribute to the conversation, its best to use the 'if you dont have something nice to say policy'

The outbreaks of FLAME posts on the boards is getting really annoying.. I'd rather see 5 dumb questions posts than 1 FLAME one, and calling someone names isnt helping.....
