Can't use #commands

Hi,
I tried few server now, my own server but some green server too.. and no #commands works at all, even #help
when I try it just do nothing...

The commands work on birghtblade. What commands were you trying?

even #help doesn't works..

I had this problem at first.....then I realized I had my default chat set to group....make sure you set your default chat to say and it should work for you.
