were do i get a DB to make the server im very confused some1 plz help :?

Search the worldbuilding forum. There are some for whatever server type you want to run. Also, you may want an item database (http://www.everquestserver.com/dumpeditems.sql.gz).

i have another question now since its not working it keeps saying error 2 unable to open the database ? ive tryed about 3 DB's now and havent a clue how to work this

Have you tried reading one of the many guides? There is one in my signature, and there are several in the Tutorials forum.
