Error 1045 Access denied for user

I was having some problems and i have repeatedly redone the whole process every possible way i can i have tried all the trouble shooting and it still says the same thing...Error 1045: Access denied for user: '@localhost' <using password: NO>

I figure it has to do with my login name and password for that is a no brainer but how to tell it to look at my password i guess is the hard part... If someone could help me out a bit and send me down the right track to playing eqemu i would be more than grateful.

Do you want to play or host a server?

If you just want to play you are doing stuff you dont need to.

If you are trying to host, the answer to your question can be found in the forums use search.

Well i guess i am a COMPLETE IDIOT i would most like to play though i could also host... lemme go off into my world of stupidity to find how to just play =)

Well i can just play but i wanted my own server... though... as i posted above it says that its not using password... and access denied so mabe someone can help me... I have looked through the forums many times and tried all that i found.

Repeat: Go over the part in the guide that told how to set up the db.ini file.
