CMD issues

I'm following all of the directions and have done everything it's said to do but direction 6. of the 5.0 server guide isn't working. I'm typing it all in as it says to but it'll either say 'The system cannot find the path specified' after I type in 'cd \eqemu\cvs' without the quote things.

dont need to pull anything off of CVS just DL the precompiled binaries and use them. (check the forums if you look you cant miss them)

Okay, but does that mean I don't have to do all of that stuff in the CMD Prompt? Or just not that line? heh, I get lost... very lost... I think my hair is getting lighter......
