I am sorry if this has been asked before, and I am sorry if someone has to repeat themselves or feels the need to belittle me, but in reality, I am just so confused by the sheer number of answers that all seem to be different and none seem to help me solve my issue.

Thanks in advance for any help you have to offer. If anyone wants to help me figure out what to do, here is my listing of files and system information....

I guess I did not look long enough before asking for help!!!!

I found a page that helped that indicated the the db.ini file is corupted due to windows notepad editing.

I did a command line edit db.ini and was able to repair it.

I do now have a new error. 10061, going to look up on that one.
