Often you cannot see other players (they appear invisible). Summoning a player or having that player jump (or fall) can sometimes fix this, but not always. I have noticed that sometimes I'll see that character running around somewhere completely different in the zone, running into walls, etc, yet on their position on their screen (and what monsters react to) is somewhere else. This isn't the source of all the problems, though, because sometimes even when someone just logs in or zones in they can't see/be seen by the people standing around waiting for them.
Also, fear in particular seems to be messed up. When a monster casts fear on you it lasts forever. It will say "You are no longer afraid." when fear is supposed to wear off, but you still can't move or do anything, but camp. Sometimes, even when you log back in you are still stunned, resulting once in me trying for about half an hour to get rid of the stun affect. I only tried once with mesmerize, but that also had the same problem on PC's. I haven't seen mesmerize ever wear off on NPC's (short of damaging them). I know screaming terror used to do that in an older version from this summer, but I haven't tried it recently. I haven't cast a fear spell on an NPC to see how they react to it, yet.
Stamina doesn't regenerate. It's very slow at coming back even when it does, but casting a spell will cause all your stamina to drain out, and then it will take about 10 minutes or so for your stamina to start healing back up. Not game breaking in anyway, but it is definitely annoying, especially in parts of zones where you need to jump. I've tried doing #cast [stamina regen spell] to heal someone's stamina, but that doesn't work, either.
All those are older bugs that have been around at least since the first 5.3 DR2 that I downloaded. I forgot to mention them before, but they are still around now.
EDIT: I also forgot one other bug. A group member's hit points don't update in the group health area on their bar unless you target them. Can make it hard for healers to do their job.
