Is PoHate still available??

Hey guys. Lately i've been wondering if some of the things i've wanted to do for Dynadin can still be done. The biggest fear of all i have ofcourse is that the revamp of Plane of Hate, could have eliminated the possibility for the use of the previous Hate to be in use.
Basically, will Dynadin server be able to use the old hateplane as it was before?
If not is there anyway to change that?

Dynadin is an oldworld server which will be run as if it was EQ just after hate and fear were released. I doubt i can even stand the fact that it might have to use the new revamped plane. or be without PoHate alone.

any ideas?

If the actual zone changed geography or something.. you could use the old one, but you'd have to distribute it to your users and that's generally a no-no.

this page (http://www.geocities.com/ficticiousname9/zone/Plane_of_Hate.html) has spawn info on the original Hate Plane afaik.

Does that go for the pre-velious hate? or the post velious hate? I would prefer either of those over the post POP hate :x .
Using the new Geographic hate would totally ruin the oldworld vibe, & thats completely the last thing that i want to do.

Also i looked at the spawn guide and i have to thank you because untill now i havent had the best record(s) to work with. These'll work awsomely.

If the only way to use one of the older hates is to distribute it to the users, is there a possible way to make it "legal" so to speak?

I don't really forsee any problems when trying to use the old PoH. It's still there (you can even download it via the SOE patcher), you just have to spawn it and redirect every reference of "hateplaneb" to "hateplane".

For example:
The old-world spell "Alter Plane: Hate" now ports you to hateplaneb. Just change all these references and you should be fine.

Since you're already using a custom spell DB, it shouldn't be a problem.
