what do i need to do when it says i have wrong password or username? i tryd to change the pass here on the forum and tryd once more time on eq and it still says wrong pass =/
can anyone help me whith this? =)

For starters, what is the exact error message ? Does it mention Station name, or is the error:

EQEMu Error: Bad username/password

In that case you have not changed your eqhost.txt and/or used the patchme method to start EQ. You are connecting to the Sony login server, not the emu login server. See here:

EDIT: Current advice is that your eqhost.txt should be:

And yesterday it was advised to add an eqlogin4.eqemulator.net in there too.

already have that i have a mage on that server =)

i lookt at it agien and it has changed server donon why but thanks for help! :P

Everytime you go to load eq w/o the patchme command, you patch eq and it replaces the eq host file with one to hook up to sony's servers. best advice is to make a duplicate of your eq directory and run from it so you never patch again until requiered when there is a new Eqemu server out that is compatable to a new patch under eqlive!
