anywhere top get pre compiled versions of .....

Hello all , I dont have access to a visual compiler. I jave tried in cmd prompt compiler but cant get it to work. I just want to have my own server to play around on, and experiment with. Any help on precompiled zones,world,databases would be greatly appreciated. Btil
