Ok dont make fun of me yet ok lol. But I am new here and dont quite understand what this is. is the a free sever for EverQuest? or dose it cost something. Do I have to have a everquest account or just the softwhere? Is it like the real game of everquest becouse that is what I am looking for. I am just looking for a free server for EverQuest that is closr to the some as the real servers. Do I have to download anything? Is it make enuff money to stay up? And what how meay people are good for one of thease server. Thanks And how will I join this place.

IO forgot to ask to things? Sorry :(. Umm ok you know when you are about to buy a EverQuest account? You have a chose from The realer EverQuest Account are a legions account and the legions account has allot of better stuff. Will this server be like a regular server is a legions server?

What expansions dose these server supports?

And, if I wish to add EverQuset to my dads pc and he wanted to use the some software to play on the some sever as me can he? If he gets his own account here what I mean by that.

EQEMU is an EQ EMULATOR, it is not comparable with live, We dont have millions of dollars to sink into servers / code development.

This is about making and playing on custom worlds that are totaly diferent then Live, people customize the servers in there own vision and host them on there own computers. So with the comment Is it like the real game of everquest becouse that is what I am looking for Then this is probable not for you, as too paying no there is no fee.

So no one has a sever close the EQ server? Well if not thats ok. Becouse I sure I will find something I like. But what I am askeng also what expansons dose the servers support or dose it depand on the person how is hosting them? are there any sever that are up almost all the time?

What expanions depends on the server some have all some none.

All the citys and zones are from EQ, however all the mobs may be diferent. Some servers keep it close to live and customize certain zones / items. Other servers customize everything. Server uptime depends on the server owner, the Green servers are the ones that have proved to be up the most, however the non-green servers are still good too.

I will soon like to start useing this place as soon as I can larnd ore about it.

There are quite a few servers that are up almost all the time. I like to play on Brightblade and Scorpious. I'm sure that they're all fun though. Each one has it's own customized feel to it. You'll just have to try it out and see what you like.

And, umm on the citys are things like the bank and the stars thang like that are changed or the NPC are changed or bouth.
