Cross Server Tells

Doodman has been working on cross server tells and integrating it into our irc server. You can see a sample screen shot here:

Thats us talking back and forth on the irc channel. Doodman has also gotten cross server tells working :)

I can see im gonna have to check out that code, im curious how you did it considering how much the servers communicate now hehe.
