NPC titles?

i see there is a field in the database for npc last names..atm the name is being done via the "_".. ie a_skeleton...what about useing that field for npc titles..like naming the shopkeepers(like spell merchant wepons, bags..ect ect..not the eqemu shopkeeper isnt good or anything..8)...just a idea
