If anyone runs setiathome and doesnt belong to a group, we have created a new group for Eqemulator users :)
you can join it here:
http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/stats/team/team_180403.html
There is obviously no commitment to join, just thought it would be nice and an easy way to increase our visibility

I tried to sign up but keep getting
Web Server Error
The page you selected is temporarily down or disabled. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
I only have 417 units completed so far, but will try to join the Emu group again tomorrow.
EDIT:
OK, I managed to signup by disabling my web proxy, but for some reason it doesn't show my name, but I am number 2 atm , just under LE:

I'd much rather find the cure for diseases like alzheimers ( folding.stanford.edu ) than search for aliens, even if the tech seti@home is using was efficient enough to actually find any.

I've never seen that before, I agree, thats a much more noble use of distributed computing... I still like SETI@home though, but i'd rather run that client... :-)
Plus , that one actually has a chance of being successful !
