Offline server plz read

Im starting into the emu crowd and have problems with servers becuase of a bad modem and low ram so was wondering if it were possible to have an offline server.

and if so was wondering if anyone could send me a copy of test server program? i have lots o things going on and no time to learn the language atm so if anyone could send me a copy of an online server or something post and lemme know:)

I thought you wanted an offline server?

If you read the guides, you'd know you needed MiniLogin. I posted this in another thread yesterday. All this information is avaliable off the main site or the stickies.
