Problem with HarmTouch

At me a problem: After attempt of use HarmTouch game ceases to allocate the purposes and to open stock. HarmTouch does not work. A similar problem also with BindWound. To what it is connected and how it to correct? :?: :?:

When posting about a bug IN game like spells, npc's zones and the likes, please post in bugs forums so the devs will see it and get it fixed ASAP...
