Prompt please that has taken place with GuildWar a server?? How long it will be closed?

Unauthorized Access to GuildWars Servers: Unfortunately the EQEMu site was broken into using SQL injection and an account was compromised, the attackers used this account to change the passwords for the GuildWars Administrative team, attempting to login to myself (Image) and Devn00b's account they could not go beyond the character select screen due to authorization code which limits who can access our accounts, however, they gained access to Rogean's account and handed out the to-be epics. GuildWars private servers were not hacked directly but through the EQEMu database, the servers themselves are still secure from unauthorized access. Because of this incident a character wipe will be taking place (Donators will receive their items back on the new server, we will also be upgrading to EQLive compatability), the server is down for an undetermined amount of time due to the fact that I do not want to bring the server up till I know that I am secure from any further intrusion. The intruders ISP's are being contacted to have their internet revoked and possibly further action will be taken to show that we will not tolerate these acts.

I check the server once every 3 hours i'm concious to see if it's back up, but so far no good.

Actually, yes he did answer it:

Yes, all the characters are being deleted. If you donated you get your unique item thingy back though.

There are two kinds of people interested in this particular thread. There are those who may want an eta as to when the servers may be back up, so, you know, they would know when to reroll their characters and start playing again. Then there are those who like to be an ass, and quote stuff the original poster probably already read and knew about just to peeve the guy off. I would like an eta, but hey, maybe image won't post here or give us one at all. Fine. No need to try to park us as dumbasses though at our own expense. If I read something wrong though, please feel free to clarify.

Nope, wasn't trying to be an ass or suggest you were a dumbass, was just saying that there has been no ETA (except maybe the patch page on GW site).

Ein said that in the quote on his post, was just saying that's all anyone's been told.

As for looking for an ETA: if it's going to be anywhere it's going to be on the GW site on either forums or news / schueduled downtime pages so I would say look there.
