Can't get into game

Ok I got one more problem. When I go to Enter World from character select screen, it loads for like 5 minutes, then it just crashes. Sometimes I get an error message, sometimes I don't. Someone told me it was a problem with my UI FIles, so I deleted the uifiles folder and repatched it, and deleted the UI_Jarin_.cfg file. It worked for awhile, but I had to delete the UI_Jarin_.cfg every time I wanted to play. Now it doesn't work anymore, and it just crashes all the time after Char select. Any suggestions?

**EDIT**
I looked in my DBG log and found the following error:

If you know what this means, please help me!

What server version are you using, and when did you last patch?

This happens on every single server I go on.
I patched a BRAND NEW eq directory yesterday. Every single file. Running 0.5.5DR1 btw.

I am using DR6 and getting this same issue. I used to play on this one server and it worked great every once in awhile I would get a crash while zoning but it was rare then the server I play on merged with another server and on this new server I get kicked back to login when trying to enter game and zone 95% of the time now. If I keep trying to get in eventually it works but when I zone the chances are I get kicked again. The server is listed as DR6 and I am using DR6.
