TCsMyWorld and Draclian Signus are also legit 5.5 servers both very stable with factions , loot tables , and moving mobs, ther might be more 5.5 legit servers open just those 2 i know are

As MrJag said, there are a few stable servers out there with quests, loot, factions, merchants etc done.

the pb with leveling in Live is that once you've played for months and made it to lvl 60+, it just no more fun to play 10, 20, 30, 40, or even 50.

It may not even be fun to play 60+ anymore, thus the extensions coming up regularly.

It's just the same for EMU servers. Once you've done your part of Hack'n Slash, it's just no more fun to H&S levels less than 60. Hitting 1K is just more fun than hitting 10, err well, for some people it is. Others go back to RL.

There is where legit custom servers can keep attracting people, if they set up intersting game. Buffalo, (or any other) can be real fun at any level, it just depends on the people who play it, and the people who run it. Building attracting games for levels 1-65 is a challenge.
