btw I like how they show haste and all now, should make it easier for setting haste on items now too I am guessing?

just hope collector was made to log new fields and not gonna have to do this again once collector is updated if need be :)

I'm not sure if the new fields were added in this patch or the last, however even if it does need to be updated all you have to do is log on a char with it, or click on a link to it with the packetcollector to update it.. not do the quest again.

yeah they were added in this patch, haste items show the percent on them now, and flowing throught items were changed to mana regen, vengance items changed to have attack on them, might be more stuff I haven't seen yet

beastlord offhand epic was changed from having a spell effect that was perminant and gave 40 percent haste and 30 atk to now the weapon just has 30 atk and 40 percent haste, no more spell effect

same with ranger epic

berserker epic has a spell effect on it and also has atk and haste on the item now, don't know why they did that epic that way

btw though I don't have that epic, I got the link over the group I was in from someone who got it over their guild alliance chat and I got no idea who actually has the epic lol, so would make recollecting difficult :)

but yeah, new fields are up on live now, really nice being able to just right click an item and see the haste, no more looking up what people parsed it as

As for what it looks like, A regular axe with a cool little design.
They didn't put any glowy particles on now, and it'll probably be nerfed soon. :P

i doubt it will be nerfed and the item was made with the new upcoming gfx engine...it may have effects then

To me it appears that this weapon is of a higher quality than most of the old epics. It definitely shames the SK epic. I think the dmg/dly of this should have been a little more in line with that. Like maybe 40/40 even or something. I wouldn't be surprised if they did nerf this a little. It's probably just SOE's way of saying "Look at the cool thing you can get if you play a berserker! Buy the expansion!" And then a month later they nerf it. Anyone remember the Long Sword of Ethereal Energy? Sure the quest was easy to get it. Big deal. They could have altered the quest so in order to get that reward you would need to do something more difficult. It was just one of their little ways of making people want to buy Luclin.

I rambled enough for now. In closing - This weapon's dmg/dly ratio is overpowered compared to other epics.

No Particles because, The reason that it is not showing up is because it was done using the new graphics engine. When the engine goes live soon, the effect will begin to show up. I tested and confirmed this to be true on test (where the engine is up).
