Why isn't the item editor connecting to my DB? tried different things and still nothing

one more question.....in the addon.ini whats the name for #scribespells ?? i can't seem to find it and have been scribing everyones spells myself. =/

Try adding it to your file.. As follows:
!scribespells= <status level you want to have access>
