Setting "account" to Sys-Op

OK in the readme it says to open a command prompt, and type
c:\eqemu\world.exe flag <account name> 200 ...... i tried this and i get the errors of, Cant open login.ini and db.ini , all files are in the said folder... help?

cd c:\eqemu

world flag accountname 200

i figured that out just after posting, now i get the message saying that it has failed to make that account a sysop

Post a cut and paste of the screen. Aslo cut and paste your db.ini (delete your username and password)
