Password Problem

Newbie here, everything loads correctly, but when I get to the login prompt I get an error of bad password. I know this has been addressed specifically on this forum, but none of my friends play EQ and are not willing to help me out with this. So if someone could help me get this login to work (resetting it and then logging in with it) I would be greatly appreciative. If you can help me please shoot me a mail at admin@lankrypt0.com
