If you are chosen you begin as a Guide, if I think you are doing a good job (Guides get more powers than normal) you will be promoted to GM-Admin (only difference is you can GMSay and you can permarace/gender/class, you can #gm on anyone, and a few other things

Experience: Dil's World Server, GM-Admin, Badabing Server, GM-Mgmt, Former Thoulxe Palles EQLive Guide.
