Server Question..

Is it possible from someone at Point A (Over There) to start up someone's server a Point B (Over Here). Or if the server is already up is it possible for the person at Point A to restart the server at Point B with 1 command without doing #worldshutdown and then manually restarting it?

I think if they have one of those wake up cards...or something of the sort....im not shure of the name....but you can turn on and reboot your Comp/Server from anywhere. Someone should know the name....but it is possible but only with that
