Editing Startingzones

I changed all of the ilksar's startingzones to south felwithe and i save and exit. But when i go back into eq admin and check em again they are back to normal. Why is this??? im using eqadmin 5.2

press the refresh button eqadmin only loads the db once so it misses any changes unless it makes em itself.
