0.3.1 zone crash

If npc_types.usespells has more than 8 spells zone.exe will crash before it finishes booting.

Thanks very much for that info. I'd no idea what was causing the crashes before. Many of my spell lists are about 30-40 spells long :)
I'll just remove spell lists for now, then change the lists to have the best 8 spells for the level range.
Hopefully I should have an updated DB up by tomorrow.
