when i die i go ld, why?

I want to know why when I die i disconnect. does anyone know?

Not really sure. I do the same thing most of the time. Might have something to do with the server you are on, your connection to the internet, and or the computer you are playing on. Like I stated above, really not sure as to why it happens. Wish I could fix it, its very annoying
