Ok, so I was reconciling my Sony Card statement with Quicken, and it shows I'm missing a $32.46 charge somewhere... one that I must've forgotten to put in from the previous statement...

So I sit there for prolly 30 minutes looking up and down the list of transactions in Quicken to see if anything looks out of the ordinary... nothing raises a red flag.

I go to the Account Online webpage. It's down for maintenance. It stays down for maintenance for about an hour and a half. Evidently taking servers down for maintenance during peak hours is a Sony-wide policy that isn't restricted to just EQ. (This is a Sony credit card I'm using)

Calling that automated service on the phone does no good. It'll only list the transactions that happened since your last statement, doesn't give an option to list any prior to it.

Anyways, after an hour and a half of website downtime, it's finally back up and I'm able to login and go search transactions. I find the mystery $32.46 charge that I was missing.

What was it???

The GoD Damn GoD EQ expansion purchase!!!!

ARRRGGGHHHH!!!! I hate Sony right now....

Sony and money ...

The reason that make me left EQ was Sony didnt want my money. My everquest's suscribtion was over , i go in my account billing, enter CC info, refused ... after like 10 try, still refused. Well i decided to use my other CC, same, i try my third and last CC, same. After one days of negociation with my GF (She was happy i wasnt playing EQ), i try her CC, still refused (This was US CC). After calling a US friend to have him to try bill my account, e call me like 10min later that wasnt working ... well ...

/Bye EQ~

I tryed to mail Sony support, i even called them from france, i still wait a "valuable" answer, so no, Sony is not always interested in money :P

Oh no...they're interested in your money, but not if they have to work for it...
