CANT LOGIN TO EQ. HELP PLEASE

I HAVE ENTERED MY KEY THAT WAS IN MY PROFILE ACCOUNT, AND SIGNED UP FOR A NAME AND PASSWORD UNDER "ACCOUNT (NEW)" AND NOW IT IS SAYING THAT MY PASSWORD IS NOT CORRECT. HOW CAN I FIX THIS? I KNOW I AM TYPING IN THE RIGHT PASSWORD, AND USING THE RIGHT 'CAPS NO CAPS' IN THE PASSWORD. PLS HELP
