How do i make a server?

I read the message on how to make a server to test, but i dont understand what the instruction say, they say i need an account from gotfrags to mae one, could i get more specific and easy to understand specifications on how to make an account?

1) Goto http://eqemu.org/login

2) Fill out the form....make a username/pass

3) Click "create account"

your done....simple as that.
