i have played eqemu a while now with no problems but today #zoned to barindu a GoD zone when i hadnt downloaded the zone files from the patch .. so it crashed and i couldnt get back on main but could get back on an alt on same server ..

i then ran patcher and patched GoD.. for 2 hours lol.. after which i changed the host.txt file back to eq EMu version and tryed to log in .. got all the way to chr select clicked chr press play and it starts to log me into the world but after a short while it crashing to either desktop or server screens ... i also tryed loggin in diffirent characters and tryed diffirent servers with the same result, so i realise its something to do with me and maybe some files that came down with the GoD patch but im not sure... any help would be great please .

If you patched today, you need to wait until EQEmu is once again compatible with EQLive.
