Leveling exploit

There is an exploit that players are using to level themselves that involves using rez items to rez themselves multiple times gaining exp everytime they rez and gaining levels that way. I had to change the effects on all the rez items to prevent this.

Err, it doesn't work on rez spells as well? May need to just disable corpses until it's fixed.
