Bad username/pass

I just activated my account via email and everytime I try to log in it says Bad username/pass. I dont have caps and I type it identicle to what it tells me in the email. Any idea whats wrong? I cant make another account b/c I have this one registered to my email address...any help would be appreciated :D

You have make a login server account in addition to the forum account. You use the number in your profile to put in the register thing inside EQ.

In case you haven't figured it you may need to use the correct eqhost.txt file. You will still get connected to sony if you haven't changed that since you last patched. Which means that everytime you have attempted to log in you were sending your station name and password to sony when you really meant to send it to EQemu. Not sure if that is an issue or not!!! Not that I have ever done that or anything!!!!

No, im not that newbish. eqhost.txt is up to date. I made the forum account but I cant log in...what am I mising?

Well since these are your only 2 posts and you have been registered since May 12 I would say that makes you that newbish!!!!

If you are using your forum login information that is your problem. Log into forum and go into profile and get your account key. Then run everquest -patchme or however you have been attempting to connect to the EQemu servers and go through the create account using that key that you got. You will need to fill almost all the fields to get through it and you will need to create a station name and password just like when creating account Verant run servers.
