World not completely connecting

When starting world.exe it doesnt connect to the global server ... any ideas why???

[Error] [ChatChannelServer] block not found in ./LoginServer.ini
You need to add the following to your LoginServer.ini:

[ChatChannelServer]
ChatChannelServer=arkaiden.ath.cx
You can just change it to localhost/127.0.0.1 too.
